Chester County History Center presents
MILLS OF THE DELAWARE VALLEY AND BRANDYWINE
A virtual presentation
Tuesday, July 1, 2025 7:00PM – 8:00PM

“Mills of the Delaware Valley & Brandywine” is an illustrated slide show, recalling the origins of milling in the southeastern PA and DE area, and outlining techniques used in finding and documenting historic mills. Photos and drawings include buildings, milling equipment, aerial photos of sites, and views of mills in Delaware and Chester Counties, both past and presently operating, which listeners can visit on their own. Many mills of the area are pictured and described.
